Vanish collects minimal data. We do not require you to create an account on our website to browse our products. The only personal information we collect directly is your email address if you voluntarily submit it through our email capture form (see Section 1a below), or if you make a purchase (handled by our payment partner, Komerza).

If you submit your email address through our newsletter signup or email capture block, we collect and store that email address to send you promotional offers and product updates. This is entirely voluntary. You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at support@vanishhub.com.

If you contact us or submit a form on vanishhub.com (for example, a support request or feedback form), we may collect the following personally identifiable information ("PII") as part of that process:

• Your name or username
• Your email address
• Your IP address at the time of submission (for audit purposes)
• The timestamp of your submission
• Any files, descriptions, and media you voluntarily submit

This information is used solely for: processing your submission, communicating with you about it, and maintaining an audit record for legal compliance. We do not sell this data. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@vanishhub.com - deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that some records may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after other data is deleted.

All purchases are processed through Komerza, our platform partner. When you make a purchase, Komerza collects and processes your payment information, account details, and transaction data. Vanish does not have direct access to your payment card details or billing information.

Our website integrates with the following third-party services:

• Komerza - payment processing, product delivery, and license-key management
• Cloudflare - domain hosting / DNS only (we do not use Cloudflare analytics or session tracking)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have specific concerns.

To be clear, Vanish does not:

• Run unsolicited email marketing or share email lists with third parties
• Sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising
• Store any payment or financial information ourselves (all payment data is handled by Komerza)

Our services are available to users aged 13 and older with parental consent for those under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data collected through our site. Our website is served over HTTPS and hosted on secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
