Vanish provides digital software products including Lua scripts, executors, and external tools designed for use with supported games and platforms. Our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase through our platform partner, Komerza. License keys are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Our products are provided strictly for educational, testing, and personal entertainment purposes. We do not condone or encourage the use of our products in online competitive game modes or in any manner that violates a game publisher's terms of service.

You use our products entirely at your own risk. Vanish does not guarantee account safety, game compatibility, or any specific outcome from using our products. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our products, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by game publishers or platform operators.

We do not guarantee that our products will function with future game updates, patches, anti-cheat updates, or platform changes. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund:

• Sharing or redistributing any Vanish scripts, loaders, files, keys, or content with any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any of our scripts, externals, or executors
• Reselling or sublicensing our products or access to our services
• Account sharing - your purchase grants access to a single user only
• Circumventing any access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security measures (including HWID locks)
• Using our services to harass, exploit, or harm others
• Violating any applicable game terms of service in connection with our products

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any game's terms of service or our own terms while using Vanish products, your access will be permanently revoked without refund.

Vanish may operate a script marketplace or community forum that allows independent third-party developers and users to submit scripts, descriptions, images, reviews, and videos ("User Content") for display on the platform. By submitting any content to Vanish, you grant Vanish a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use that content in any medium for platform and marketing purposes.

Vanish may, but has no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, infringing, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Vanish takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by third parties. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

Vanish's branding, site design, original source code, scripts, externals, and executors are the intellectual property of Vanish. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal use only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

All payments are processed through our platform partner, Komerza. By making a purchase, you also agree to Komerza's terms of service and payment terms. Vanish does not directly store or process payment information - all financial transactions are handled by Komerza and its payment processors.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details. In exceptional circumstances where something is genuinely wrong with our service, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our products is immediately revoked. We may also terminate access if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanish and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game accounts, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Vanish products are software tools provided strictly for educational, research, testing, and personal entertainment purposes related to software modification techniques and game-internals study. Our products are not designed, marketed, or sold for the purpose of competitive advantage in online multiplayer environments, and Vanish does not encourage such use.

You acknowledge that using our products in a manner that violates a game publisher's terms of service is at your sole discretion and risk. Vanish assumes no responsibility for how you choose to use our products and disclaims all liability for any actions taken against your accounts by game publishers, platform operators, or anti-cheat services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vanish regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
