What to include
Four things get most problems solved on the first reply:
- The email address you used at checkout — it is how we find your order.
- Which product, and which licence duration.
- What you did, and what happened instead. Exact error text beats a description of it.
- Which step it failed at — download, key redemption, injection, or running a script.
Before you write in
Two things answer most messages we get. If your key has not arrived, check your spam folder first — that is the cause the overwhelming majority of the time, and our key delivery guide covers the rest. If something will not run, the documentation has setup and troubleshooting steps for each product.
