Most messages we get about missing keys turn out to be one of three things, and all three are fixable in under a minute. This explains the process so you know what should happen and where to look when it does not.
What happens when you pay
- You check out. Payment is handled by Komerza, our platform partner — we do not process or store card details ourselves.
- Payment clears. For cards this is immediate. For crypto it takes as long as the network takes to confirm, which is usually minutes but is not instant.
- A licence key is issued automatically and emailed to the address you used at checkout. This happens within seconds of the payment clearing.
- You redeem the key in Discord to get access to the product and its download.
The email address matters
The key goes to the address entered at checkout, not to any account you may have. If you typed it wrong, the key went to the address you typed. Support can help, but they will need the order details.
Why it is email and not an instant on-screen key
An email is a record. It survives a closed tab, a crashed browser and a phone running out of battery mid-checkout, and it gives you something to search months later when you have forgotten which product you bought. A key shown once on a confirmation screen does none of that.
My key has not arrived
In order of likelihood:
1. It is in spam
This is the answer most of the time. Automated transactional mail about software licences is exactly the profile spam filters are suspicious of. Check spam, junk, promotions and any tab your provider sorts mail into, and search for the product name rather than scrolling.
2. The payment has not actually cleared yet
Crypto payments need network confirmations, and during congestion that can take longer than expected. Nothing is issued until payment confirms. If your payment is still pending, the key is not late — it has not been triggered yet.
3. The address had a typo
One wrong character and the key went somewhere else. Check the confirmation from the payment step — it will show the address used.
If none of those
Open a ticket in the Discord with the email address used and the approximate time of purchase. Do not post a key publicly if you have found one — anyone reading can redeem it.
Redeeming and using the key
Keys are redeemed through our Discord. Once redeemed you get access to the product's download and its support channel. Each product's docs page has the exact steps for that product, since the flow differs slightly between them.
- Keep the email. It is your proof of purchase and the fastest way for support to find your order.
- Do not share the key. It can be redeemed once, by whoever uses it first.
- Note the duration. Most products are sold as week, month or longer licences — the variant you bought is on the email and the product page.
What a licence covers
A licence gives you access for its duration. It does not guarantee the product will be working for every day of that period — Roblox and game updates break these tools, and every product in this category has downtime. Where that leaves you is set out in the refund policy, which is worth reading before buying rather than after.

The products are built and maintained by third-party developers. We handle purchase, delivery and support; we do not control their update schedules. When something is down we will tell you what we know, but we cannot promise a timeline that is not ours to set.
